Terms of Service

Welcome to GEO Score (“the Site”, “we”). By using the Site or buying a report, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Free check: after you enter a URL, the Site automatically reads that website’s public pages and shows a score and an issue summary.
Deep-dive report (paid): after a one-off payment you can read the full report — the explanation, detected values, fix steps and code templates for each check — and receive a PDF and a private report link. Anything else listed on the checkout page (such as rescans or live AI tests) is provided as shown at the time of payment.
2. Nature of the report
Reports are generated automatically and are technical checks and recommendations. Scores follow the Site’s own scoring method.
- Crawler read tests are simulated requests using public user-agents; real AI services may behave differently.
- We do not guarantee any search ranking, AI citation, traffic or revenue outcome.
- Code templates must be checked and completed by you or your web developer before use; decisions to change your website and their consequences are your responsibility.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe; the Site never receives or stores your card details. Prices are as shown at checkout; limited-time offers are valid only within the time shown. All payments are one-off with no automatic renewal.
4. No refunds
The report is digital content delivered immediately. After payment, the full report is shown on the page at once and sent by email. Once the report has been delivered, payments are non-refundable.
If a fault on the Site prevents you from receiving your report, contact us and we will deliver it again.
5. Private links and sharing
The report link you receive after payment is private; do not post it publicly. You can create a read-only share link for your web developer; share links do not include rescans or live AI tests. Other people checking the same domain do not get your report or entitlements.
6. Acceptable use
- Only check websites you own or are authorised to check, and only for lawful purposes.
- Do not use automated tools to make heavy use of the Site, try to bypass usage limits or interfere with the Site.
- We may limit or suspend the service in cases of abuse.
7. Intellectual property
Reports are for your and your organisation’s internal business use, including sharing with the web developer you engage. Reports and the Site’s scoring method may not be resold or published without our consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any report or service is limited to the amount you paid for that report, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of business or profit).
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect when published on this page. The terms in force on the day of your payment apply to that payment.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
